The project doesn’t stop at the Clubhouse. A $5 million Sports Club upgrade is underway, bringing a new fitness center, pickleball and tennis courts, bocce, and a swimming pool — creating a daily-use hub of movement, energy, and activity.

FireRock is the first course in Arizona to install Stadium Zoysia™ — a turfgrass that eliminates overseeding, reduces water usage by 40 million gallons annually, and stays firm and playable year-round. It’s not just about aesthetics or sustainability. It’s about offering an elevated playing experience with fewer disruptions and more rounds on our revered Gary Panks course.
